Test Liner is widely used for production of corrugated boards. A typical Carton box consists of layers of linerboard and one layer of medium. They have excellent strength properties including tensile, burst, compression as well as reduced roughness to aid superior print-ability and good water resistance.
1. It has the best bursting strength and ring crush values with as high as 560 Kpa for 200 gsm board. It has stable & sustained strength properties also under varying climate conditions.
2. It also has high burst stength values but not as strong as Test Liner type 1. With values up to 510Kpa and span compression test of up to 3.75KN/m2 for a 200 GSM Board
3. It has burst strength values up to 470Kpa and span compression test up to 3.45 kN/m2 for a 200 GSM Board.
4. It has burst strength values up to 330 Kpa and span compression test of up to 2.55kN/m2 for a 200 GSM Board.
