ZDFD Series Single Effect Fiber Separator machine equals to a combination of one sealed horizontal waterpower pulp thick liquid machine and one light & heavy impurity of removing the dregs device with compact structure and high effeciency.

Application & Features

1. Mainly used for secondary breaking and screening of waste paper pulp, meanwhile, separating the light and heavy impurities from the pulp. 

Screen plate single effect fiber separator  also can be used as tail pulp treatment equipment.

2. Specially designed impeller can break fiber effectively and it is good for separating and removing light and heavy impurities.

3. Automatically discharge according to requirement, run reliably.
