Drum pulper is a widely used large-scale efficient pulping equipment, especially for the regeneration of the raw material of paper pulp.
The structure of the drum screen pulper mainly comprises a hopper, a cylinder body, roller support part, a power transmission device, slurry tank and other parts. The cylinder body is a flat cylindrical cylinder with one degree angle (The feed end is high and the discharging end is low). The cylinder itself is divided into three parts: pre-soaking area, beating zone and screening zone. The front end of the pulping machine is connected with feed hopper. The sealing rope is sealed between the movable and the static sealing rings (Because the feeding end is stationary and the cylinder is rotating).
