Delivery to Russian Paper Mill

The equipments were delivered to Russia on 21th, June, 2017. The main delivered products are 20 cubic ZDSD Series D Type Hydrapulper, 304 stainless steel contact with slurry, with automatic slag discharge device.

Application and feature of D Type Hydrapulper:

ZDSD Series D Type Hydrapulper: waste paper D type hydrapulper can pulp various materials. D type hydrapulper has changed the way of flow, make the material contact more quickly with the rotor, and reduce beating time greatly, and improve production capacity in the condition of without increasing the power and volume. The cutter can be designed according to drawings provided by customers. The design of cutter blade between cutter and sieve plate prevents the twining of waste materials like wire and weaving, and reduce running currently.
