Beating Degree 

Good beating process is the guarantee of producing soft toilet paper. For toilet paper production, as is the kind of pulp fiber lengths as raw materials, it is necessary to strictly control the beating process. In general, long fiber pulps must be beaten to give sufficient strength to toilet paper. Its beating degree can be controlled at 30~45 "SR", while short fiber or waste pulp is mainly based on ease, followed by mild cutting, and its beating degree can be controlled at 20~30 "SR". The beating degree of the net paste is generally controlled at 28~40. SR. 

For some especially with waste paper as raw material manufacturers, usually in order to increase the beating degree to make up or improve the strength of the process is not desirable, because as the beating degree increasing, on the one hand, the increase in energy consumption, on the other hand, net water filtering speed decreased, copy speed decreased, the steam consumption increased at the same time, the paper strength is bad. Therefore, it is necessary to use as high as possible the pulp consistency, multi serial light knife beating process, or use the completely dissociation type sand refiner and disc mill together.
